1. What AI-Ready is
AI-Ready provides an AI-readiness assessment and a personalized AI-adoption report for small and medium businesses. The report contains general guidance and tool recommendations. It is informational and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional consulting advice.
2. Use of the service
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the report.
3. Payments
Paid reports are charged as a one-time fee; re-audit subscriptions are billed monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown in INR (and USD at checkout) and are inclusive of applicable taxes; a GST-compliant invoice is provided. Payments are processed by Razorpay and Stripe; we do not store your card details.
4. Refunds
Paid reports carry a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Tool recommendations
We recommend third-party tools for your convenience. We are not responsible for those tools, their pricing, or their availability. Recommendations may include products we have no commercial relationship with.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Ready is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the report or the service.
